Ukraine continues to develop the sphere of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, and in 2023 the country took the honorable fifth place in the global ranking of cryptocurrency adoption, according to the analytical company Chainalysis.

Surprisingly, despite the war, the crypto community in Ukraine continues to develop and actively participate in the global cryptocurrency movement. It indicates a high resilience and adaptability of Ukrainian crypto-enthusiasts, who continue to follow the trends in the development of virtual assets.

For the second year in a row, Ukraine is leading among other countries, which indicates the desire to strengthen its position in the global cryptocurrency ecosystem. We are proud that Ukrainian society is embracing and using cryptocurrencies for good.

India, Nigeria, Vietnam, and the US also continue to be at the top of the ranking, indicating the widespread adoption of cryptocurrency use in these countries. The top 10 also includes the Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan, Brazil and Thailand.

According to experts, the strong adoption of cryptocurrencies in Central and South Asia continues to hold a leading position in the mass use of digital assets. However, globally, there has been a slight decline in this trend, possibly related to regulation and changes regarding the cryptocurrency market.
